QUESTIONS BEFORE
YOU ORDER?

What is shape based nesting?

Shape Based Nesting fits artwork around the actual contours of your designs instead of treating every design like a rectangle. That can reduce unused film, shorten the finished sheet and lower your cost.

How is my gang sheet priced?

$3.50 per square foot, based on the 29″ roll width and your final finished sheet length, with a 12″ minimum billable length. A shorter sheet costs less once it exceeds that minimum.

What is the maximum width and minimum length?

You can use the full 29.00″ printable width. The minimum billable length is 12″. Spacing between designs does not reduce the printable roll width.

What file types can I upload?

Build A Gang Sheet: PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, TIFF.
Upload Print Ready: PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, TIFF, BMP. Use still images and single-page TIFF files. EPS, PDF and SVG are temporarily unavailable; export PNG or TIFF instead.

What are the recommended heat press settings?

For most garments: 300°F for 8–10 seconds with firm pressure of 60 PSI or higher. Peel immediately while hot or after cooling. Repress for 5–10 seconds.
For polyester: 275–285°F is recommended, using the same time, pressure, peel and repress steps.
For heat-sensitive or unfamiliar materials, test before full production.

What resolution should I use?

Use 300 DPI at your intended print size. Changing a DPI tag does not add missing detail, and low-resolution artwork may print soft or pixelated. Read our Artwork Guidelines.
